Duties

Help
  • Performs "Hands-on" supervision of the restaurant.
  • Monitors operations to ensure smooth running of the business operation during peak business hours to set the pace in Front and Back of the House.
  • Adherence to established schedules of activities and priorities; assures the presence of personnel to carry out the services offered; provides information concerning services, prices, dress codes, standards of behavior, and special events.
  • Keeps an operational log while on duty; opens and closes the facility and performs fire and security checks
  • Conducts inventory at beginning and/or end of shift.

  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

  • This position requires a favorably adjudicated T1/NACI background investigation.
  • Management reserves the right to reassign employees to other facilities.
  • Must be willing to accept intermittent, on-call employment.
  • Must be physically able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Work schedule will be irregular. The incumbent will be required to work, nights, weekends, holidays, and/or unique events.
  • Subject to completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with Army Regulation 215-3.
  • Must obtain a food handler's certificate upon entrance on duty. Management will determine when it is needed.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • A minimum of (6) six months experience effectively working in a fast-paced food and beverage establishment or as a current MWR Texas Roadhouse team member, AND
  • good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
