As an IT Cybersecurity Specialist, GS-2210-14, you will be responsible for developing and integrating the CMS enterprise wide Counterintelligence, Insider Threat and Foreign National Management System programs.
Summary

As an IT Cybersecurity Specialist, GS-2210-14, you will be responsible for developing and integrating the CMS enterprise wide Counterintelligence, Insider Threat and Foreign National Management System programs.
Develop, coordinate, and plan a wide range of work methods or improvements of complex processes related to the integration of Insider Threat and Counterintelligence programs for the CMS enterprise nationwide.
Manage and oversight of the protection of classified material.
Prepare comprehensive case files, project papers, staff reports. and intelligence articles.
Present findings and recommendations in order to carry out actions regarding controversial issues.

In order to qualify for the GS-14, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1) Developing and implementing an Insider Threat Program ; (2) Developing Insider Threat policies and procedures for the proper handling and use of records and data; (3) Evaluating or implementing a User Behavioral Analytic tool to create a baseline of normal behavior of users across networks.
