Yes— - Fixed Rate TCS - Temporary Change of Station (Current Federal Employee) - In accordance with applicable FAA Travel regulations, a fixed relocation payment of $27,000 will be paid to current Federal employees for relocation to the temporary duty station and relocation from the temporary duty location for a total of $54,000. Relocation expenses paid are subject to applicable taxes.
Ensures that traffic management instructions/restrictions are initiated in accordance with established procedures to maintain a safe and expeditious flow of traffic and minimize the impact of heavy flight demands. Assesses the facility's capacity and projects an acceptable level of traffic.
Issues appropriate traffic flow restrictions to adjacent facilities, to space, hold, and reroute aircraft to distribute the flow of traffic and equalize workload among positions. Follows agency policy when implementing traffic management initiatives.
Maintains awareness of the traffic flow, equipment status, airport/weather conditions, and traffic forecasts to ensure acceptable levels of traffic, mitigate delays, and avoid flights into undesirable atmospheric conditions. Maintains familiarization of all phases of facility operations and aeronautical/meteorological conditions.
Maintains currency on required positions of operation.
Works under the administrative supervision of the Supervisory Traffic Management Coordinator. Performance is evaluated upon the effectiveness with which assigned program objectives are achieved.
Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
Designated or Random Drug Testing required.

Qualifications
Basic qualifications for Traffic Management Coordinator (TMC) positions in the terminal and en route options:
Specialized Experience Required for TMC Positions: Must have been facility rated or area certified in a CPC/TMC/S at an ATO terminal/en route facility.
Rating and Evaluation Factors: In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, candidates will be rated in accordance with the instructions on FAA Form 3330-43-1 (dated 10/11), Rating of Air Traffic Experience for AT Movement.

This position is covered by the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Testing Program. If this position remains temporary, upon completion of this assignment, the selected employee shall return to his/her original permanent position or an equivalent position in the same commuting area.
Temporary Change of Station: A fixed relocation payment of $27,000 will be paid upon temporary transfer to Washington National Tower, and again upon returning to original permanent duty location after completing temporary assignment.”
