This position is Iocated at one of the various Indian Health Service Hospitals or Clinics under the Navajo Area Office. The purpose of this position is to serve as a technical expert within the specialty area of Palliative Medicine, the incumbent assumes responsibility for the diagnosis, care and treatment of patients.

This credited service can be used in determining the rate at which they earn annual leave.
