The Court Services Office (CSO) is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Program Analyst to serve as a product owner. The Program Analyst represents user needs as the Judiciary builds, supports, enhances, and modernizes its case management systems for appellate, district, and bankruptcy courts.
The Program Analyst serves as a liaison between the courts, Agile software development teams, and AO managers. Using user-centered design methods, the incumbent gathers business requirements from various user types and ensures those requirements drive the development of the systems. This position reports to CSO's New Products Section Chief.
The ideal candidate must have superior oral and written communication and presentation skills.
