This position allows for recurring and situational telework. Remote telework may be considered for candidates outside of the Washington, DC commuting area. The actual salary will be based on the geographic location of the individual(s) selected for this position.
The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO), Office the Deputy Director (DDO) is seeking a highly motivated professional Supervisory Management Analyst to join its team. The DDO oversees the federal Judiciary's internal controls programs and monitors accountability review, and assessment activities to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of Judiciary programs, operations, and systems. The DDO also reports on audit, internal control, and accountability initiatives to the Judicial Conference Committee on Audits and Administrative Office Accountability.
The Supervisory Management Analyst is responsible for leading a professional staff of analysts and specialists who support policy, internal control, and accountability functions for the AO and the federal Judiciary.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience analyzing and writing policy and management guidance, experience managing and presenting sensitive material, excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple and competing priorities, and an understanding of the Judiciary's organizational and governance structure. This position reports to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Deputy Director.
