The ED is the Personnel Appeal Board's (PAB) Chief Operating Officer and is principally responsible for oversight and direction of PAB office heads, and for ensuring that PAB programs are executed according to the Chair's direction and Board policies.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of litigation/adjudication experience involving EEOC, MSPB, FLRA, and OSC administered laws, as well as significant administrative, supervisory, and oversight experience.

You must be someone that currently holds or has held a position in the federal civil service. The federal civil service is defined as positions in the executive, judicial, and legislative branches; it does not include positions in the uniformed services.
