The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service is seeking two highly motivated AP/CP board certified pathologists to work full time at the Cleveland facility. Board certification in hematopathology is required. Fellowship training in Hematopathology and Surgical Pathology preferred. The position includes signing out routine surgical and cytology cases (50% of time) and signing out hematopathology cases (50% of time). Flow cytometry sign-out of clinical cases would be expected. An academic research background and experience and ability to sign out molecular cases would be preferred. The position would also include teaching and training residents and fellows. Selected candidates would be expected to apply for an academic affiliation with the Case Western Reserve University.
