Duties

Help

Issues tools, equipment and games to authorized customers. Checks identification. Collects fees when appropriate, completes appropriate documentation. Receives returned items, inspecting for damage and missing parts. Checks inventories and supplies.
In a recreation facility, assists in directing patrons, scheduling the use of courts, lanes and equipment. Provides customer service, facility and program information to patrons.
Assists with simple repair and maintenance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Incumbent must be willing and able to move and clean equipment.
Incumbent must be willing and able to lift 55 pounds.
Incumbent must be willing and able to work varying shifts to include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
Incumbent must be willing and able to possess the following certificates within 6 months of employment: MWR Orientation Course, Customer Service.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

No experience required.

Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials

This is a pay-banded position.
Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
