This position is located in the Performance Management & Total Rewards Branch of OHRM. This branch has responsibility for employee benefits, compensation policy, performance management, reasonable accommodations, leave, and telework. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Branch Chief and expert on the agency's performance management and total rewards programs (including reasonable accommodation, performance management, benefits, compensation, telework, and related programs), and be responsible for planning, directing, and supervising all activities of the branch and advising and assisting all levels of management within the Agency on the performance management and total rewards portfolio, analysis, support and oversight.
