In this position, you will:
- Lead and develop a research program in on-wafer and resonator methods for measuring complex permittivity for integrated devices, circuits, and systems for applications in microwave communications.
- Develop new concepts for improved measurements including underlying algorithms and system design, hardware development, test and integration, measurements, and data analysis.
- Present results clearly and accurately, through both presentations and journal articles, to management, sponsors, and the scientific community.
- Serve as a mentor and resource to junior-level scientists.
- Provide consultation in technology and precision measurements to researchers and sponsors.
- Perform tests and measurements of the on-wafer and resonator methods for measuring complex permittivity and pioneer complex permittivity traceability.
This position has an education requirement. Transcripts must be submitted to validate that the education requirement has been met. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted in the application package. However, an official copy will be required before a final offer of employment.
