As a Management and Program Analyst, you will analyze, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of internal administrative operations, organizations, and management; and plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of program operations.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $103,409 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience: is experience analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of administrative or technical programs; applying the principles of performance measurement to develop and implement metrics that assess project and program success; evaluating organizational strategies and corresponding strategic objectives for feasibility, consistency, and impact; using qualitative information and quantitative data to conduct studies, analyze results and make recommendations on programs and initiatives; communicating technical information and key findings through oral briefings, written reports, and data visualizations.
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
