Serves as Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in one of the Education Division (Training and Events), Office of Integrated Marketing (OIM), Office of Customer and Stakeholder Engagement (QC), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), General Services Administration (GSA).

Applies critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
Provides strategic guidance and overall direction with a view of improving operational performance. Supervises branch chief and advisors engaged in programs of national significance.
Guides employees, interviews candidates for positions and recommends appointment, promotion, or reassignment to such positions; resolves complaints from employees; manages disciplinary measures; identifies developmental and training needs of employees; approves within-grade increases, awards, and travel needs for subordinates; finds and implements ways to eliminate or reduce significant bottlenecks and barries; further the EEO program .
Provides expert consultative research services to FAS portfolios and other GSA program offices regarding client and market trends impacting Governmental acquisition training.
Leads interdepartmental synergy for holistic growth. Establishes a cross-departmental task force aiming for consistent customer experience enhancement. Promotes the sharing of insights and best practices across different business units, ensuring that the customer's voice influences every aspect of the organization's operations and strategy.

The GS-15 salary range starts at $143736.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized Experience:
Specialized experience is experience in the management of one or more programs with experience in the following: development of opportunity plans, including training and coaching staff in the execution of the plans; analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and external engagement of training and education programs; independently direct and manage external engagement programs and events; establish and maintain effective relationships with executive leadership and managers to support agency programs and initiatives; interpreting, developing, and implementing policy for marketing and digital marketing developments; identifying or developing metrics to measure success of initiatives and using quantitative and qualitative data to determine if success has been met.
Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
