Supervises the work of regular and flex Rec Aids & Rec Assistants working in multiple facets with-in Outdoor Recreation (ODR). Plans, schedules and coordinates work operations while adhering to work priorities, project schedules, resources and work plans established by management. Works independently and provides overall supervisory/managerial oversight of all cash handling/internal control functions mandated by IAW USAF which includes but not limited to: cashier reports, cash shortages/overages, investigating any losses & report findings, maintains all controlled forms/documents, petty cash processes, reviews all cost center reports and receiving reports. Monitor for SETS, SAIS and Point of Sale Systems. Continually monitors the sales floor, ensuring sales floor is adequately stocked, appropriately merchandised and checklist are completed daily. Responsible for purchasing retail items and/or supplies; processing orders through IBPS or NAF purchase card. Complete oversight of the Resale lot. Execute personnel trainings requirements, evaluates work performance, and takes appropriate disciplinary actions on subordinates. Provide appropriate training on products, technical equipment and proper fitting of products. Interviews and select NAF personnel to process personnel actions required. Controls attendance and established leave schedules. Develops and maintains HAZCOM, Safety, HAZMAT, MSDS, Property Binders, training plans, and implementation of policies for all departments. Responsible for maintaining the EESOH-MIS account for ODR and providing assistance to the Recreation Specialist in procuring hazardous materials and/or supplies. Responsible for all ODR equipment/vehicles. Must ensure all APF & NAF equipment & vehicles are seasonally available, are current on annual and routine maintenance and have an updated maintenance log to ensure compliance with Air Force Instructions (AFIs) and policies. Oversight of all equipment rental and loan items to include maintenance and training and recreational areas. Assists Inventory Specialist with ensuring Point-of-Sale systems accurately reflect all property inventory listings. Submit all marketing requests. Performs other duties as assigned.
