Incumbent uses a government vehicle to transports personnel and supplies from location to location which requires a valid state driver's license. Duties include the daily cleaning of office buildings, visitor use areas such as beach bathhouse, restrooms, picnic shelters and campground, emptying of trash and recycle bins, litter pick-up, beach clean-up, and grounds maintenance such as mowing, weed eating, blowing and shoveling. Vehicle maintenance such as refueling, cleaning, and scheduling repairs by work order is also required. This is a full-time position. The work shift is from 07:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and requires working weekends and holidays. All applicants must be able to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, on unlevel ground and must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Physical Demands: Moderately heavy physical effort is required when: using ladder and scaffolds to clean walls, ceilings, windows, ceiling fixtures, etc.; operating powered equipment; removing cans of or other containers of trash; and occasionally lifts objects weighing over 50 pounds.You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.
