As a Management and Program Analyst at the GS-15 level, you will:

Provide technical and management guidance and advice on the most appropriate method or procedures of analysis and evaluation to accomplish the mission and ensure optimum management strategy.
Formulate and identify the operational and analytical techniques for accomplishment of project objectives to produce reliable findings.
Consolidate data as necessary and reviews to ensure accomplishment of objectives, timeliness, and acceptability
Interpret, review and analyze broad policies, regulations, procedures, and system(s) requirements promulgated by higher authority to determine their impact on operations.
Maintain awareness of human resource policies, directives, and procedures, and updates to guidance, and provide process improvement recommendations to leadership to promote efficiency.

Qualifications

GS-14 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following:

Applying strategic planning principles to ensure that agency vision or agenda translate into measurable goals and objectives.

Preparing technical information for presentation to stakeholders.
