Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 11 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience creating, developing, and producing multi-faceted audio and video projects; and collaborating with other specialists to deliver multimedia content for outreach initiatives.

Knowledge of digital and social media communication principles, methods, techniques and practices.
Skill in establishing criteria; formulating projects; and assessing media program effectiveness.
Knowledge of practices and techniques of managing operational work supporting multimedia activities to develop multimedia content for outreach initiatives that impact the financial services sector and regulatory environment.
Knowledge of audio-visual editing tools and the audio-visual production process, including post-production and captioning to develop multimedia products
Knowledge of standard procedures for dissemination of information through web-based platforms to audiences and stakeholders.
Knowledge of video production and the streaming webcasting ecosystem to develop new approaches to scheduling and employing resources, setups, links and testing for scheduled events.
Skill in oral communication.
