As a Digital Recruitment Specialist, you will provide digital recruitment and communications services to attract and develop a talented and diverse NASA workforce. Help
  • Partner with agency stakeholders to develop enterprise level recruitment strategies to assist the agency in recruiting candidates and amplify NASA’s employer value proposition and brand within agency wide communications.
  • Provide digital recruitment support to develop engaging employer brand content for various digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and NASA’s career website.
  • Develop digital recruiting resources for recruiting tools, LinkedIn hiring campaigns, recruiting newsletters and video.
  • Identify and implement enterprise level recruitment best practices and support agency diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility efforts to attract applicants that are representative of the nation’s population.
  • Provide recruitment expertise in the facilitation and implementation of in-person and virtual recruiting events, specialized recruiting for hard to fill technical roles, and advice and guidance to NASA team members on recruitment practices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather relevant information and develop and implement innovative solutions to improve recruitment services and identify improvement opportunities for recruitment and communication strategies and processes.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, inclusiveness, excellence and innovation. Champion NASA's commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility to create an environment that promotes a commitment to safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop employer value proposition and branding strategies;
  • Collaborating with a team to create and influence the implementation of digital recruitment strategies;
  • Producing digital recruitment products.
