In addition to meeting the basic education requirement, you must also meet one of the following for the GS-810-13 grade level. Specialized experience is obtained after the requirements noted under 'Basic Qualifications Requirements' are met. To qualify at the GS-13, you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-12 level in federal service having demonstrated: experience working as a team lead or project manager on large projects involving multi-disciplinary teams, engineering experience gained while working in multi-disciplinary teams, have both oral and written experience briefing senior leaders.
This position does not allow substituting education for experience.
This position has a mandatory education requirement.
