The Recent Graduates Program (RGP) offers developmental experiences in the Federal Government to individuals who have recently graduated from qualifying educational institutions or programs. The intent is to promote possible careers in civil service. To be eligible, applicants must apply within 2 years of degree/certificate completion except for veterans precluded from doing so due to their military service obligation. Veterans have up to 6 years after degree completion to apply.
PROGRAM COMPLETION AND CONVERSION ELIGIBILITY: A Pathways Program Participant must be a United States Citizen to be eligible for non-competitive conversion to the competitive service.
