The IT Project Manager plays a crucial leadership role in overseeing the data migration efforts within the case modernization initiative. This role involves leading the planning, oversight, and management of both technical and business teams as they develop business rules for mapping source data tables to target tables or STTM for migration. The IT Project Manager will collaborate closely with data subject matter experts and contractors responsible for implementing the design.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing mock migrations, integrated product testing, and User Data Validation of the migrated data before the national rollout of the new case management system. Additionally, the IT Project Manager will provide data migration support to the courts during the rollout.
The incumbent will be responsible for providing project oversight and management throughout the entire development cycle. This includes leading and guiding teams in a customer-focused environment where high-quality deliverables are essential and operations are critical.
