Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) required
To qualify for the CG-11: Applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS/CG-09 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience providing eDiscovery support in investigations or litigation, including the organization and maintenance of electronically stored information through the use of Relativity litigation support technology.

EDUCATION: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related

COMBINATION of graduate level education and specialized experience as described above, that together meet the qualification requirements for this position.
To qualify for the CG-12: Applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS/CG-11 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience providing eDiscovery support in investigations or litigation, including facilitating the use of assisted review tools and designing advanced search strategies in the Relativity eDiscovery platform. Assisted review tools are defined as the use of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) or Active Learning. Advanced search strategies are defined as the use of structured and conceptual analytical tools, including email threading, textual near duplication, clustering, keyword expansion, or similar document detection.
