The activities involve functioning in the Product Owner role for the public-facing agency website. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to, identifying and planning new website enhancements within the Drupal content management system (CMS). The detailee in this role would engage daily with an agile development team to define work, prioritize efforts, accept progress, and report out new enhancements to the agency's Drupal authors. The detailee would also focus on improving customer and employee experience with the WWW product component by reviewing and analyzing analytics and feedback to identify new enhancements.
To be eligible for this position, the candidate must possess:

KSA 3 - Ability to analyze problems facing users and strategize improvements that can be broken down into smaller user stories for the development team to work on.
KSA 4 - Skill in communicating complex matters orally and in written format in a clear, concise and logical manner to a diverse audience.
KSA 5 - Proven ability in time management, the management of complex restraints and competing priorities, and an ability to perform all duties in a highly organized, professional, composed and customer service oriented manner.
