About the Position: Located at the Directorate of Public Works, Environmental Div, Devens Reserve Forces Trng Area (DRFTA), Devens, MA. The mission of DRFTA is to provide training facilities and support to all military svcs, reserve and active. It is a small base, located approximately 50 miles northwest of Boston in a small rural community. They offer many of the Soldiers' services found at larger bases including: Army Community Services, Fitness Center, the Fed Credit Union, and much more.

As an Environmental Engineer, you will:
1. Plan, program and manage environmental and public works programs.
2. Advise the Commander on matters related to environmental quality, restoration and stewardship.
3. Perform supervisory duties.
4. Perform contract supervision and administration as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)/Quality Assurance Representative (QAR).
5. Perform technical engineer tasks to include analysis, planning, design, project document preparation, communications, and inspection.
