As a Supervisory Realty Specialist, you will supervise non-technical aspects of a Senior Lease Contracting Officer/Specialist, and technical work of journey-level Leasing Specialists, Workplace Specialists and/or Lease Management Specialists.
Location of position: R4, Public Buildings Service, Leasing Division in Atlanta, GA and Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $111,442 for Atlanta, GA and $112,234 for Fort Lauderdale, FL per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as providing advice and technical guidance in the areas of space acquisition and management, reviewing space requests, developing housing strategies for customers, acquiring leasehold interests, coordinating, and overseeing space design, layout, and alteration for post-occupancy, identifying agency space needs, developing rent projects, and resolving complicated problems and controversial issues related to real estate.
