Duties
- Serve as the Readiness Solution Suite (RS2) Application Architect/Software developer providing hands-on solutions for a suite of modern data driven products.
- Responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of modern software architecture to support suite of modern web-based products hosted in a CI/CD hybrid cloud environment.
- Provide hands-on software development/web architecture support to three or more scrum teams supporting multiple large IT web applications at the same time.
- Implement design, development, and architectural standards across the product line, leveraging software engineering, cloud computing, data analysis and development standards ensuring compliance and continuity.
- Perform requirements and design analysis to determine feasibility of implementation and to determine optimal application approaches.
- Explaining the impact of internal and external strategies on the product development, maintenance, and customer base and applying that understanding to product innovation.
- Develop sustained and lasting relationships with stakeholders and customers at all levels of industry and within the C5ISR community and within the DoD.

- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation may be conducted.
- Position requires occasional Temporary Duty or Business Travel 10% of the time.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Engineering and Technical Management certification within 36 months as of entrance on duty.
- Commensurate with mission requirements, the incumbent can be required to work irregular duty hours to include working nights, weekends, and holidays.
