Duties
Serves as the Mobilization/Deployment Specialist for the Installation. Work is to be performed in the areas of Mobilization Readiness including Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) and Soldier Readiness Checks (SRC). Incumbent provides oversight, planning, interpretation and application of policy. Also provides final review and validation of products for presentation through chain of command.
- Coordinates and synchronizes SRPs and SRCs in concert with other G Staff elements.
- Develops, coordinates, and distributes guidelines for formalizing and structuring Soldier Readiness Processing and Soldier Readiness Checks at all levels, to include company, battalion, and brigade levels.
- Coordinates with the mobilizing unit chain of command, intermediate commands, SRP site proponent, JFHQ, Mobilization Station LNO, and various State agencies and organizations to insure that procedures meet office needs and are consistently understood and followed.
- Assists and advises action officers on all procedural and administrative aspects of staff actions.
- Maintains Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) master calendars and related appointment/meeting schedules.

MILITARY GRADES: Officer (O1-O3), Warrant Officer (WO1-CW4); Enlisted (E5- E8), and Enlisted members who hold a certificate of eligibility.

2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
