The incumbent serves as the principal management advisor and operations consultant to the USTDA Director and Deputy Director, and other senior agency officials. Establishes the overall goals and objectives of the agency's operational and administrative functions, and supervises subordinate supervisors responsible for the day-to-day implementation and execution of programs, policies, plans, and staffs associated with: financial management, acquisitions and procurement, human resources management and services, property management, travel operations and administrative processing, logistics, security, and emergency planning. Participates with the Director and Deputy Director in planning and establishing operations policies, objectives and priorities, and strategic action plans which meet the critical needs of the organization. Provides executive level leadership and direction in coordinating and identifying crosscutting issues related to the achievement of operational goals.
