The GS-15 salary range starts at $143,736 per year.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience providing strategic and tactical direction to portfolio management program areas, including capital investment and all aspects of regional portfolio planning and metrics. This experience must include leading a team in interpreting and providing guidance on portfolio management policies; leading a team that oversees and evaluates the effectiveness of asset management programs; and leading a team that provides recommendations and solutions to senior managers on issues related to real estate portfolio management, asset business strategies, capital allocation and portfolio analysis.
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
