The employee serves as the Resource Manager for Federal Maritime Commission (FMC or Commission), Office of Budget and Finance. Performs various budget/programming functions involving the formulation, justification, and/or execution of budgets and program issues for the FMC. This position is responsible for interpreting budgetary and information technology plans, program guidance, policies, congressional appropriations language, regulatory impact assessments and continuing resolution issues.
