Duties
- Document information on individuals without adequate identification on standard report and journals.
- Control vehicle and pedestrian at fixed posts to ensure safety.
- Conduct periodic parcel, package, container and equipment checks following prescribed special procedures to ensure accountability and safety.
- Perform random compliance checks for control, supply, and property and vehicle security.
- Perform motorized and foot patrols, controls vehicle and pedestrian traffic at fixed posts.
- Respond to all intrusion detection system, duress, unauthorized access alarms and detains individuals when necessary.
- Maintain an activities journal to document shift activity.
- Prepare written reports on all incidents and investigations as required.
