-Serves as a multi-source/all-source intelligence analyst on complex technical analysis and production. Directs a regional or functional aspect of the substantive analysis conducted by civilian and military experts within the assigned section.
-Presents ISR capabilities to a variety of service, national, and coalition customers. Provides Commanders and other customers the intelligence information and analysis derived from ISR assets to maximize their own forces' effectiveness by optimizing friendly force strengths, exploiting adversary weaknesses, and countering adversary strengths.
-Conducts complex analysis of all-source intelligence. Evaluates both classified and unclassified information to understand adversary strengths, weaknesses, and centers of gravity.
-Manages intelligence production. Manages intelligence production to satisfy USAFE-AFAFRICA and Third Air Force, EUCOM and AFRICOM, and support agency requirements.
-Serves as a functional authority on ISR issues for USAFE-AFAFRICA, Third Air Force, and Seventeenth Expeditiary Air Force. Makes recommendations and defends to the Commander and USAFE-AFAFRICA staff, decisions on operational policy matters; often required to make recommendations on committing MAJCOM funds or resources impacting future capabilities.
