This vacancy is open to those covered by the indicated hiring paths (status candidates) and living in the local Portland, Oregon commuting area. Veterans eligible under the Veterans Employment Opportunity Act (VEOA) and current permanent VBA employees holding GS 11 or higher and seeking non-competitive reassignment/change to lower grade need not live in the local commuting area to be considered.
Specific duties are as follows:

This credited service can be used in determining the rate at which they earn annual leave. Such credit must be requested and approved prior to the appointment date and is not guaranteed.
