The Federal Recovery Consultant executes leadership characterized by substantial and continuous responsibility and accountability for integrated programs that cross services and/or discipline lines and influence organizational mission and health care regarding the development and implementation of initiatives, policies, and resources required for patient centered care delivery. The FRC addresses critical healthcare issues by working collaboratively with stakeholders within VA, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Veterans Benefit Administration (VBA), Department of Defense (DoD), all military services, congressional offices, state, and local government officials, as well as not-for-profit organizations.
