As the Director of the Division of Resource Management and Administration (DRMA), you will plan, evaluate, and manage a variety of corporate and mission support services and activities in four major areas: human resources (HR) planning and management, administrative services management, financial management, and information technology/management (IT/M). In addition to the basic requirements, to qualify for this position you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as: Leadership of NRC working groups or projects in HR, IT/M, administrative services, and/or financial management. Prior experience developing and managing Federal budgets, programs, schedules, and staff workloads. Prior experience successfully managing and coordinating competing priorities, problem solving skills, and conflict management skills. Experience working and effectively communicating with a variety of stakeholders, managers and team members.

The duty location of this position is Naperville, Illinois. In general, employees are expected to be in the office at a minimum of 4 days per pay period.
