The incumbent serves as a Grants Management Specialist within the DGSI's Federal Financial Report (FFR) processing center, which supports the review, acceptance, and ultimate approval of FFRs. In addition, the processing center assists in the closeout process by completing the necessary financial closeout functions, including reviewing final FFRs, submitting transactions in the HHS Payment Management System (PMS) and verifying the closure of the awards by reviewing the appropriate reports.
