Duties
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:
- Serve as a Senior Staff Analyst who is involved directly in pre-decisional matters concerning staffing strategies and related actions.
- Provide written and verbal guidance and advisory services to operational staff, senior executives and line managers on federal hiring and human resource issues.
- Consolidate data as necessary and reviews to ensure accomplishment of objectives, timeliness, and acceptability.
- Support management initiatives effecting a broad range of administrative subjects and concerns such as work schedules, reassignments, details, merit promotion options, within grade requirements, and other matters.
- Directly influences management decisions regarding agency policies/practices in such matters.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS GS-13: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following:
