The primary purpose of this position is the plan, implement, administer, and counsel on the Fleet and Family Readiness Support Division Programs (FFSP) concerning work and family life issues including information and referral (I&R), and assist Navy leadership, military personnel and their families in managing the competing demands of the military mission and family.
