Specialized experience is defined as extracting data from automated human resource systems to provide reports and updates to management; monitor human resources information systems for error conditions, updates, and downloads to ensure continued optimal functionality; provide technical support and troubleshooting to users utilizing human resource systems. This level of experience is equivalent to the next lower grade in the federal government, GS-12.
