Learn more about
The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) is an independent federal agency that promotes and supports American jobs by providing competitive and necessary export credit to support sales of U.S. goods and services to international buyers. When the private sector is unable or unwilling to provide financing, EXIM fills the financing gaps through its loan, guarantee, and insurance products. Private sector lenders are simultaneously EXIM's partners. In doing so, EXIM levels the playing field for U.S. exporters going up against foreign competition in international markets, enabling American companies to maintain and create more American jobs with well-paying salaries. EXIM provides coverage in more than 185 countries and no U.S. company or transaction is too big or too small.
The Office of Human Capital (OHC) provides leadership and direction in the formulation and implementation of human capital policies, programs, and systems to promote efficient and effective federal workforce management. OHC provides operational support and oversight for the full lifecycle of employment for employees of the EXIM.
