This position is open to current and permanent employees of Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council and individuals eligible under Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP).
Under the direction of the Executive Director of the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC), the IT Project Manager is responsible for providing project management, expertise, and support in the functional area of information systems and ASC National Registries.
Typical work assignments include:

The Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) oversees the real estate appraisal regulatory framework for federally related transactions. The ASC is a subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) and was established on August 9, 1989, pursuant to Title XI of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 (Title XI).
Title XI's purpose is to provide federal oversight of State appraiser and appraisal management company (AMC) regulatory programs and a monitoring framework for The Appraisal Foundation and the Federal Financial Institutions Regulatory Agencies in their roles to protect federal financial and public policy interests in real estate appraisals utilized in federally related transactions.
