The Acting Executive Director for Telehealth Services is a fulltime position in Connected Care within the Office of Health Informatics (OHI). OHI's operational focus is to serve the health information needs of our stakeholders, which include Veterans and their families, clinicians, and health system leaders at the local and national levels. Considering the varying needs of our Veteran stakeholders, OHI partners with clinicians and other field-based users, VHA Program Offices, Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs), and subject matter experts, as well as offices within VA, especially the Office of Information and Technology (OI&T). Connected Care supports clinical technologies that further the Veterans Health Administration's (VHA's) mission to deliver high quality and Veteran-centered care, to optimize individual and population health, to advance health care that is personalized and proactive, and to enhance the Veteran's overall health care experience. In collaboration with the Executive Director for Connected Health, the Acting Executive Director for Telehealth Services provides leadership and oversight in the areas of Clinical Integration and Implementation, Product Support and Maintenance, Clinical Quality Management and Training, and any other areas as designated by the Chief Officer for Connected Care.
Work Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
