As a TRAINING TECHNICIAN - TITLE 32, GS-1702-7, you will administer the command's school program. Review, validate, monitor, and make recommendations concerning the forecasting of individual training requirements for subordinate elements. Identify training opportunities and coordinate with higher headquarters to obtain school training quotas. Monitor the execution of organizational training quotas and make recommendations for reallocation. Review personnel qualification reports to identify individual military education requirements. Input requirements into the automated funds management requisition and authorization system. Monitor funds for individual training, collective training, annual training, and special training events conducted. Assist in forecasting, allocating, and monitoring the usage of training ammunition for the command. Review and validate training ammunition requests, receipts, and turn-in documents. Assist in the preparation of training directives, operations orders, deployment plans, and readiness reports. Assist with command readiness inspections. Conduct evaluations of subordinate training operations, security, safety, and deployment readiness planning. Assist in scheduling training areas, obtaining training aids, requesting equipment, and other required materials. Conduct physical and communication security inspections of subordinate organizations. Perform other duties as assigned.

RANK REQUIREMENT:
