The Tax Division is seeking highly skilled candidates to serve as a Paralegal Specialist (Special Assistant). The incumbent will assist an attorney who is blind or visually impaired by performing a range of paralegal duties that include conducting legal research; reading, proofreading, and cite-checking documents; composing correspondence, and assisting the attorney during telephone calls, meetings, depositions, trials, court hearings, meditation/settlement conferences, and associated travel.
