Duties
Duties include, but may not be limited to:
- Plan, coordinate, track, report, and communicate projects and related objectives within the Directorate overseen and ensure coordination with various stakeholders within and outside the Agency.
- Communicate, orally and in writing, program management matters with a wide variety of Program Office and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other Program Office organizations to develop Program Office plans, processes, and other initiatives to achieve and maintain operational standards emphasizing quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Assist in and provide recommendations or proposals related to the formulation and analyses of the Directorate's budget with finance personnel.
- Ensure contract quality assurance surveillance plan and other relevant (e.g., legislative, contractual) requirements related to contractor staff, provider, and/or similar training are met and, as needed.
- Interpret administrative policies, develop and implement local policies, define administrative requirements, and provide advice to management on related issues.
- Prioritize contract implementation, language, interpretation, and similar problems encountered and work with other Program Office executive directorates and directorates to develop timely solutions.
- Manage a directorate through subordinate supervisors, ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, and monitor selections, disciplinary actions, employee training, staff development, and other actions.
