This position serves as a Supervisory Program Analyst (Chief) in the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Office of Field Operations (OFO). The incumbent supervises a team that performs a variety of analytical, planning, evaluative and advisory work, which serves as precedents for others to include transformation efforts relative to people, processes, and technology.
