Duties
- Based on technical specifications received, develops a solicitation document. Issues, documents, and coordinates responses received for the purpose of evaluating offers.
- Determines specific contract language and clauses by editing Statements of Work. Selects the appropriate type of contract, as appropriate.
- Evaluates proposals for conformance with the solicitation. Determines responsiveness to the solicitation and evaluates bidder?s capacity to perform and comply with contract clauses and specifications.
- Participates in or leads negotiations in the pre-award and post-award phases of contracting. Prepares amendments/modifications, time extensions or other changes to contracts.
- Works with the Contracting Officer?s Representative (COR) and relevant supervisors to determine the acceptability of the contract performance, and/or to recommend that remedial action be taken, up to and including contract termination.

Qualifications

C. A Combination of education and experience as list above.

Stipulations of Employment:
