The primary purpose of the position is to serve as the Branch Chief of the Infrastructure Security Exercise Branch within CISA Exercises. In this role, the incumbent is responsible for the oversight and management of the Agency's efforts to build national capacity and capabilities to enhance the security and resilience of critical infrastructure through the planning and conduct of exercise programs in accordance with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP). This is a supervisory position. Under provisions of the Civil Service Reform Act, first time supervisors and/or managers will be required to serve a one-year probationary period.
