Duties
The SSBCI Program Analyst (Compliance and Reporting) duties and responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
- Conduct risk analysis to identify and prioritize risks; characterize threats and opportunities to determine mitigation strategies.
- Conduct studies to identify and resolve problems affecting program requirements.
- Identify nd analyze critical problems and issues, the timing and sequence of key program events and milestones, resource utilization and constraints, and coordination of management controls.
- Create and deliver presentations, briefing, and reports and explain findings resulting from program analysis.

Qualifications

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies; knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Additional information
This temporary appointment may be made for up to 1 year and may be extended up to 1 additional year. If the public health emergency or pandemic continues, requests for extensions of appointments beyond 24 months may be submitted through Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) to Office of Personnel Management (OPM) on a case-by-case basis.
