The incumbent serves as an International Broadcaster for the Pashto in the Afghan Service, with responsibility for conceiving, planning, researching, writing, and broadcasting original audio/video scripts of a highly complex nature and for providing Internet content for websites. Work requires fluency in reading and speaking Pashto and English. It requires knowledge, skills, and abilities in broadcast journalism such as writing, editing, interviewing, reporting, and broadcasting stories.
